The Youth Services & Recruitment Committee is lead by the Recruitment Chair. The Youth Services & Recruitment Committee is responsible for overseeing the NYA Representatives and ensuring that they are functioning effectively and working towards established goals, such as assisting youth’s impacted by HD by providing an optimum level of support through information and referrals to appropriate resources. Recruitment shall work to support current volunteers in their efforts and cultivate new relationships with active participants in events. They should be working on trying to recruit new young people to the NYA and potentially gain a leadership role on the NYA Board. The Committee shall work with the other committees to develop new volunteer opportunities and publicize and promote opportunities.
